- “Queue 199”:
For the traveler, correct seat assignments are very important, and, with our “Queue 199”, we strive to get their preferred seats 100% of the time. Whenever we sell a flight that does not have the client's preferred seat available, we place that reservation in “Queue 199”, which we access on a daily basis. When the preferred seat becomes available, we change the seat assignment and send the client a quick email with the good news. This system works well; we are successful at the rate of about one seat assignment change per day!

In many cases, you can save hundreds of dollars using a United Vacations tour package vs. paying the “published” airfares.
